We make spreadsheets feel easy
Sheets Templates Pro is a small studio that designs ready-to-use Excel and Google Sheets templates for everyday life and small business.
Why we started Sheets Templates Pro
Spreadsheets are one of the most useful tools anyone can have — but starting from a blank grid is hard. Formulas break, layouts get messy and the file ends up forgotten in a folder.
So we decided to do the hard part for you. We design each template from scratch, test every formula and add a short Start Here guide, so you can open the file and start using it in minutes.
Our soft pastel colors are on purpose too: a calm, friendly file is one you actually want to come back to.
“A good template should feel like a helpful friend: it already knows the math, you just add your life.”
Our promise in every file
Six things you can expect from every template you download from us.
Real formulas, no tricks
Totals, dates, charts and status colors calculate themselves. No macros, no add-ons, nothing to install.
Simple for everyone
Every file has a Start Here tab in plain English. White cells are for you; everything else is done for you.
Designed with care
Clean layouts and a pastel color for each collection, so your budget, calendar or planner is easy on the eyes.
Safe and private
Your data stays in your own file, on your computer or your Google Drive.
Made to last
Change the year or month and the template keeps working — use it again and again.

From blank grid to ready to use
- We start with a real need — a budget that adds up, a custody calendar both parents can read, a timesheet that totals hours.
- We design the layout so the important numbers are always at the top, in a dashboard you understand at a glance.
- We build and test the formulas in Excel and Google Sheets, with sample data you can keep or clear.
- We write the Start Here guide in short, simple steps.
